The 2021 National Signing Day fully embraced the year-long art-direction revolving around the #WorldCla22 recruiting brand. As Duke’s recognition grows nationally, both in academic excellence and in on-field performance, the recruiting radius has expanded exponentially, reaching as far as Canada this year.
Every piece of media, the logo, generic & website promotions, and the final motion graphic are a cohesive package reflecting the in-season brand. Using a passport as the design-base further established Duke as a global brand and allowed for an easy transition to highlight the campus, signee, and the recruit’s family. Signing Day also allowed an opportunity to establish NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) for each recruit, both in the final pages of the passport & using Instagram Collabs for use in their personal feeds.
